Early Edwardian Linen Cutaway Style Jacket

Fabricated in raw linen

Late 1890’s to early 1900s. Very Gibson Girl

Beautiful puffed sleeves with full pleated caps.

Gorgeous notched lapels

Cutaway style with no fasteners

Functional pocket with flap on each hip

Beautifully cut and fitted with 5 seams in the back with a slit at center back and pleats on either side.

Beautifully finished inside with french finish seams

Condition: Very Good. Minor unevenness to the color. Very subtle discoloration to the sleeve. Small fray at edge of lapel (see photos) Clean and ready to wear.

Shoulder: 11 3/4” seam to seam with extra in sleeve caps. (Should work for a 13-14” shoulder)

Bust: about 33” there are no closures

Length @ CB: 20 1/2”

Sleeve Length: 19” under arm

The mannequin measurements are 32" Bust, 25" Waist, 35" Hips
