Wonderful early 1940s 2 pc set includes a dress and jacket
Fabricated in navy blue rayon
Beautiful wool embroidery on the neckline of the dress and along the edges of the jacket
Cropped Jacket features short sleeves Heavily gathered sleeve caps
No closures features short sleeves Heavily gathered sleeve caps
Gathers under the bust
Self belt with covered buckle set into princess seams at waist seam
Fastens at center back neck with covered buttons and self loops and a metal Prentice brand zipper down the side seam
2 1/4” blind hem

Condition: Good/Very Good with a small repair to the center front neck. There is some shine on the neckline from over pressing. Wear to the back neck buttons, especially the top button. See photos. Freshly Dry Cleaned. Arrives clean and ready to wear.
