1980s Pauline Trigere Two Piece Skirt Set
Two piece set includes a pop over top and a separate skirt
Fabricated in a blue a white printed silk in two different shades of blue. The skirt is fabricated in a lighter shade than the top. (See photos)
Pop over style top, fastens down center back with blue enamel buttons through bound button holes and a single snap at the top.
Top only is fully lined in silk chiffon
Set in kimono style 3/4 length sleeves.
Fitted with darts at the back shoulder.
1 5/8” blind hem
Skirt is unlined
The 1.5” waistband is is cut in the darker shade and the skirt in the lighter.
Skirt is gently gathered into the waistband
Single pocket set into side seam.
Fastens at center back with a hook and bar on the waistband and a Talon coil zipper.
2 /14” blind hem
Seams are flat pressed and clean finished with a single needle stitched turn back

Condition: Good. There is a 1” lightened spot at the wearer’s left front armhole and two small 1/4” lightened spots on the back of the skirt. A few tiny picks to the waistband on either side of the fastener. (See photos) Freshly dry cleaned, arrives clean and ready to wear.
