Fabricated in red a 70/30 Wool/Rayon felt

Wide waistband with 9 rows of topstitching.

Fastens with 2 plastic buttons on the waistband and a metal zipper down the side seam

Condition: Good. There are a few scattered spots along the hem that get lost in the fullness. I made a discreet repair tro a small hole and have noted a pinhole. See photos. Freshly hand soaked and line dried, arrives clean and ready to wear.
