Condition: good. I make a small repair to a 3/8” fray on the front panel about 5” below the waist.  See photos. Freshly hand soaked, arrives clean and ready to wear.

Model is 5’3” with a 31” Bust, 25.5” waist and 36” low hip

Has not been clipped on model, but I did have to shorten the straps by several inches.
