Trimmed in a lovely fine lace
Waistband fastens with 2 hooks and bars
3 panel skirt gathers into the waistband
11” split placket at opening with no closures. (If you plan to wear as a skirt rather than a petticoat, you will need to add fasteners to close the placket)
Bottom tier with flounce over layer with lace insets

Condition: Good. Rust stains under the hooks inside the waistband. Small hole next to the hook inside of the waistband. Tiny 2mm hole under above 4” below waistband in back. Black mark that would not lift in the soak or spot treatment. Small portion (5”) of bottom lace trim is missing. See photos. Freshly hand soaked and line dried, arrives clean and ready to wear.
