1980s Koos Van Den Akker 2pc Silk Skirt and Blouse Set
Two piece set includes a skirt and matching top
Fabricated in a yarn dyed plaid silk and stripe mixed with a silk chiffon floral
Trimmed in a yin yang paisley pattern
Top is a popover style with 4 mother of pearl buttons down center front placket
The skirt fastens with a nylon coil zipper and a hook and bar on the waistband
Maker: Koos Van Den Akker
Condition: Very Good. There is a tiny 1/8” hole to the top chiffon layer at the center front of the skirt’s yoke. This is very discreet as it is layered over the plaid. The chiffon layer at the hook and eye has worn away. (See photo) this does not show when worn. Arrives clean and ready to wear.
