Dating to the very late 30s to early 40s

Fabricated in a red rayon faille, close in shade to Pantone’s Rose of Sharon

Fully lined in red rayon

Features a shallow pointed hood

Exaggerated pleated sleeve caps (padding in caps only to hold the shape)

Double breasted style, fastens with covered buttons through 4 buttonholes to the waist

Condition: Good. Please note the surface abrasions (pictured) and the small spots on the wearer’s left sleeve (also pictured) that did not lift. Freshly soaked, spot treated and line dried, arrives clean and ready to wear.
