Likely dates to the early 90s

Fabricated in a black silk chiffon

Body of the dress is cut 2ply with a 1 ply ruffle along the sweep

Full length sleeves with ruffled cuffs are 1 ply

a single cascading ruffle falls gently down the center front seam to the hem.
