High neck fastens at shoulder with glass buttons through self loops at the top of the shoulder
Sleeveless dress with capelet attached at neck
Cape opens up exposing wearer’s left shoulder

2” blind hem

Condition: Very good/ excellent. The original buttons were missing so I replaced them with the antique glass buttons. See photos. Freshly hand soaked and line dried, arrives clean and ready to wear.
